Hypnosis and the Olympics

How can you not be inspired by watching the Olympics? These athletes make it look easy, but what we don’t see is the countless hours of physical conditioning that goes into becoming an Olympian.

However, the physical conditioning is only part of what it takes to be a world class athlete. An Olympic contender must believe!

They must believe the all the sweat, toil and time will pay off in gold, silver or bronze. They must believe that they have what it takes, even when they don’t want to get up at 5 am and jump into a swimming pool. They must believe that they have something special that will carry them the distance. They must believe that they can compete with the best in the world. Truly, it is the mental conditioning of an Olympian that makes the difference.
